Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.

The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.

You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this bulletin board.



Please take the time to read the following rules of the site. They are there to ensure the well being of our members and to preserve the integrity of the site.


The Rules...


1. Show respect to other members at all times.


2.. Personal attacks are prohibited.


This specifically means any text/post that is blatantly attacking another person on or off the forum, especially in a personal way.


3. Private Messages


PM's received on these Forums are to be considered private and are not to be posted publicly unless the sender of the private message agrees.


4. Private Information.


Participant's should not post messages containing personal phone numbers or addresses.


5. Bans and warnings.


Will not to be discussed on the forums. Any enquiries or comments on bans are to be sent in private messages or via email. A member of site staff may choose to publicly inform the participants of a forum about bans and warnings if this is in the interest of the site.


6. Post Content.


Posting of pornography, racist or otherwise discriminating remarks, threats to cause physical or mental harm, extreme offensive language, material that breaks any law or otherwise totally unacceptable posts or links to pages that contain the aforementioned material may result in an immediate ban from the forums.


7. Censoring.


Deliberately circumventing the censor filter is prohibited. i.e NO swearing at all.




8. Avatar limitations (in pixels).


Max height: 100
Max width: 100
Max size: 200kb (in kilobytes)
and of course no pornography, racism, adult language in your avatar.
Anything in excess of these sizes will be removed.


9. Signatures

Only 1 signature is allowed in your profile
Max height: 250px (about 15 lines)
Max width: 500px
Max size: 500kb (in kilobytes)
Must not contain FLASH animation.
Must not contain any re-directing links to other sites.
No pornography, racism, adult language, etc in the sig.

Anything in excess of these sizes will be removed.




10. Report Function.


The Forum has a report button, but this is ONLY and ONLY to report posts, avatars, signatures, that break one of the forum rules. The button is not to report your dinner, or how you like your new avatar.

11. Unsolvable problems (including bannings)


A participant has with a moderator are to be discussed with the Forum Administrator by PM, not in the forum.

12. Posting.


All Forums have a main topic. When starting a new thread, make sure you do so in the proper Forum. Please do not make consecutive posts in the same thread, use the edit function.

13. LINKS!!

Any links must be approved by a member of staff via PM before being posted.
This includes signature and banner links.


14.SPAM


The following are considered spam:

Very short posts that do not add value to the current discussion.
Double posts. If a member posted something and you realized they made a mistake, use the edit/delete option.
Off topic posts will be either removed or moved to the appropriate place, depending on the member of staff dealing with the matter.
Spamming the shoutbox with emoticons (smileys) is also against the site rules. Offending shouts may be edited or removed, depending on the member of staff dealing with the matter.
